For service from the Airport to downtown Madison or the UW campus area, passengers should board buses reading "Route 20 - North Transfer Point." Buses reading "Route 20 - East Towne Mall" would carry passengers to points east of the airport, including the MATC campus area, and eventually, East Towne Mall.
